You can be assured that Gingko Leaf Gallery (GLG) will package and ship your purchases carefully and promptly. Currently, we are able to ship anywhere in the United States, and GLG determines the shipping method used.

Typically, all purchases are shipped within 1-2 business days; however, the gallery is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so please adjust shipping out expectations accordingly.

Shipping charges are assessed as follows:

$51.00 to $100.00 $10.00
$101.00 and up $15.00


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item for a full refund minus shipping charges as long as you, 1) notify the gallery by email within 5 days of the arrival of your artwork AND, 2) ensure your return package is postmarked within 5 days of the arrival of your item.  Five days is the same return grace granted to our visitors at the gallery in Marshall.  We make every effort to describe and measure the artwork at GLG as accurately as possible.  The general industry standard for errors in measurements for artwork allow up to 1-1/2 inches.  However, at GLG, we attempt to keep measurement errors to an absolute minimum.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Call or email the gallery immediately (within 2 business days) if you receive damaged artwork by mail.  We will work quickly to resolve the issue.  It is helpful if you can provide pictures of the damaged package.

You may request a cancellation as long as your order has not shipped.  You may cancel by calling or emailing Gingko Leaf Gallery.  If your order has already been processed and picked up for shipping out of the gallery, you may return the item as per the information provided above.  Again, shipping charges are not refundable.
